Terms of Service

1. About CardMintory

CardMintory provides tools to identify sports cards using AI, manage inventory, prepare editable marketplace listing drafts, and record card sales and expenses. CardMintory is not an appraisal service, broker, marketplace, or guarantee of sale.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Do not access another user's data or interfere with the service.

3. AI results and pricing

Card identification, generated listings, estimated values, and other AI-assisted output may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. You must verify player, year, set, variation, condition, grading, authenticity, prices, and all listing claims before relying on or publishing them. External pricing pages and sold listings are third-party information and may not reflect your card's realizable sale price.

4. Your content

You retain responsibility for the card photos, inventory entries, and other materials you upload. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use that content. You authorize CardMintory and its necessary service providers to process that content to provide the requested features. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

5. Subscriptions and allowances

CardMintory may offer a Free plan with 25 lifetime AI scans and a Pro Collector plan advertised at $9.99 per month with 500 scans per month. Seller Pro is planned at $14.99 per month with 1,000 scans per month but is not available for purchase until activated in our billing and membership systems. Features and scan allowances shown at checkout govern the plan purchased, subject to these terms. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown during checkout.

6. Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Where enabled, you can manage or cancel a subscription through the account billing portal. Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewal charges while access continues through the paid billing period, subject to the terms shown at checkout. Refunds are evaluated according to applicable law and any refund terms disclosed at purchase; contact us about billing problems. Do not assume that deleting inventory or closing a browser cancels a subscription.

7. Marketplace activity

AI listing drafts do not automatically publish to eBay, Whatnot, Facebook Marketplace, or other marketplaces. You are responsible for your own listings, marketplace rules, fees, shipping, taxes, customer disputes, and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse scan allowances, automate abusive requests, circumvent subscription limits or security controls, upload material you do not have permission to use, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements.

9. Availability and changes

Features may change, experience downtime, or be discontinued. We may update pricing or subscription features prospectively with notices where required by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular business outcome.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, CardMintory is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that AI results, price estimates, or generated listings are accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
